The dryer is easy to unfold and fold, which takes up a minimum of space. The dryer is made of food-grade stainless steel 1-2 mm thick, which makes it resistant to corrosion and rigid. – is provided by the courier service “Nova Poshta” and takes 1–2 days. Ukrposhta. Justin. Please note: to receive the goods you must have an ID document with you. Delivery cost is paid upon receipt. Shipments are dispatched on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Pick-up

Cash payment:
Payment upon receipt in your city — at the “Nova Poshta” branch. Important: the cash-on-delivery fee is 2% of the amount + 20 UAH for processing. In Kyiv, payment is also possible when processing the order at our office.
Cashless payment (card transfer):
You can transfer payment for the product to our card using the details provided when placing the order, or pay when receiving the product at our office.
Exchange & returns:
All products go through several stages of quality control — during manufacturing, sorting, and packaging. Everything we do is aimed at eliminating any defects, mismatches in description, or quality issues. We take packaging very seriously and do everything possible to exclude any factor that could affect product quality during transportation. We are responsible for the order until it is handed over to the delivery service chosen by the customer. Further issues related to loss, delivery times, or cargo damage are resolved directly with the delivery service.
Product replacement & return:
All goods purchased from us are covered by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”. According to Article 9 of the Law, goods of proper quality (without defects) may be exchanged or returned to the store within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase.
To return a product, several conditions must be met:
– the product has not been used and has no signs of use (scratches, chips, scuffs), has not been altered, etc.;
– the complete set of the product is preserved;

You can exchange or return the product:

– customers living in other towns/cities can send the product to us using a freight carrier.
Warranty: Along with the product, you will receive a warranty certificate for up to 3 years for our product.
