The completion time takes from 1 hour to 3 days depending on the product.

Delivery methods:

Delivery throughout Ukraine
– is carried out by the courier delivery service “Nova Poshta” and takes 1 – 2 days. Ukrposhta. Justin.

Please note: to receive the goods, you must have identification documents with you. Payment for the delivery cost is upon receipt of the goods. The goods are shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Self-delivery
– You can pick up the goods yourself at the address: Kyiv, 41-a Bakinskaya St.
Please contact us in advance and check the availability of the goods you need.

International shipping
– is carried out by Nova Poshta, private carriers.

Payment methods:

Cash payment:
Payment for the goods upon receipt in your city – at the Nova Poshta transportation service office. Important: the cost of cash on delivery is 2% of the amount + 20 UAH for registration. In Kyiv, payment is possible when registering the goods in our office.

Cashless payment (payment by card):
You can transfer the money for the goods to our card using the details provided when placing the order or when receiving the goods in our office.

Exchange and return:

All products undergo several stages of quality control – during manufacturing, sorting and packaging.

All our actions are aimed at eliminating any defects, discrepancies in description and quality. We take the packaging of the goods very seriously and do everything to eliminate any factor that may affect the quality of the goods during transportation.

In turn, we are responsible for the order until it is transferred to the delivery service chosen by the buyer. Further issues related to loss, delivery times or damage to the goods are resolved directly with the delivery service.

Replacement and return of goods:

All goods purchased from us are subject to the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.

According to Article 9 of the Law, goods of proper quality (without defects) can be exchanged or returned to the store within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase.

To return the goods, several conditions must be met:

– the goods have not been used and do not have any traces of use (scratches, chips, abrasions), have not been modified, etc.;
– the completeness of the goods is preserved;

– clients living in other settlements can send the goods to us using the services of a freight carrier.

 Warranty:

Together with the goods you will receive a warranty certificate for up to 3 years for our product.
