Ironing chair

We offer three configuration options for the Ironing Chair:

“Standard” – the chair backrest is made of 12 mm moisture-resistant plywood, upholstered with foil and 4 mm batting. This backrest is orthopedic and helps maintain proper posture. The cover is made of durable Teflon fabric and comes with a cotton cover that is stored in a pocket under the chair and is put on the board before ironing.

“Lux” – the chair backrest is made of 12 mm moisture-resistant plywood, upholstered with foil and 4 mm batting. A 10 mm foam insert is placed inside the cover. To start ironing, you need to unzip the zipper around the perimeter, fold back the top flap, under which a Teflon ironing fabric is sewn in.

“Set” – a chair for the set that looks the same, but does not unfold into an ironing board.

Order & lead times:

Please note. All products on the website are prepared after the order is placed.
Order preparation takes from 1 hour up to 3 days, depending on the product.

Delivery methods:

Delivery across Ukraine
– is provided by the courier service “Nova Poshta” and takes 1–2 days. Ukrposhta. Justin. Please note: to receive the goods you must have an ID document with you. Delivery cost is paid upon receipt. Shipments are dispatched on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Pick-up
– You can pick up the product yourself at: Kyiv, Bakynska St. 41-a

International shipping
– is carried out via “Nova Poshta” and private carriers.

Payment methods:

Cash payment:
Payment upon receipt in your city — at the “Nova Poshta” branch. Important: the cash-on-delivery fee is 2% of the amount + 20 UAH for processing. In Kyiv, payment is also possible when processing the order at our office.

Cashless payment (card transfer):
You can transfer payment for the product to our card using the details provided when placing the order, or pay when receiving the product at our office.

Exchange & returns:

All products go through several stages of quality control — during manufacturing, sorting, and packaging. Everything we do is aimed at eliminating any defects, mismatches in description, or quality issues. We take packaging very seriously and do everything possible to exclude any factor that could affect product quality during transportation. We are responsible for the order until it is handed over to the delivery service chosen by the customer. Further issues related to loss, delivery times, or cargo damage are resolved directly with the delivery service.

Product replacement & return:

All goods purchased from us are covered by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”. According to Article 9 of the Law, goods of proper quality (without defects) may be exchanged or returned to the store within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase.

To return a product, several conditions must be met:

– the product has not been used and has no signs of use (scratches, chips, scuffs), has not been altered, etc.;
– the complete set of the product is preserved;
– contact us at +380 97 992 51 08 from Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00;

You can exchange or return the product:

– at our office at: Kyiv, Bakynska St. 41-a, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00;
– customers living in other towns/cities can send the product to us using a freight carrier.

Warranty: Along with the product, you will receive a warranty certificate for up to 3 years for our product.
