Installation instructions for the “Rusalka” ironing board.

The board should be mounted in the folded position, leaning it against the wall. Mark on the wall the height of the first mounting points — these are the lower mounting holes.

• If the board, when unfolded, should be at a height of 900 mm from the floor, then the mark for the lower holes should be at a height of 440 mm.

• If the board, when unfolded, should be at a height of 800 mm from the floor, then the mark for the lower holes should be at a height of 340 mm.

• At the same time, spread the brackets as far as possible toward the corners of the frame.

• Mark the upper holes of the lower mounting. Drill the holes and attach the structure. Now the board is fixed on the lower mounts. Press the board to the wall — the upper mount rods must be on top. Move them closer to the edges and mark the holes for drilling.

• Pull the board away from the wall and drill the holes. Unfold the board and attach the rods. Secure the clips for fixing it in the folded position.

– is provided by the courier service “Nova Poshta” and takes 1–2 days. Ukrposhta. Justin. Please note: to receive the goods you must have an ID document with you. Delivery cost is paid upon receipt. Shipments are dispatched on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Pick-up
– You can pick up the product yourself at: Kyiv, Bakynska St. 41-a

International shipping
– is carried out via “Nova Poshta” and private carriers.

Payment methods:

Cash payment:
Payment upon receipt in your city — at the “Nova Poshta” branch. Important: the cash-on-delivery fee is 2% of the amount + 20 UAH for processing. In Kyiv, payment is also possible when processing the order at our office.

Cashless payment (card transfer):
You can transfer payment for the product to our card using the details provided when placing the order, or pay when receiving the product at our office.

Exchange & returns:

All products go through several stages of quality control — during manufacturing, sorting, and packaging. Everything we do is aimed at eliminating any defects, mismatches in description, or quality issues. We take packaging very seriously and do everything possible to exclude any factor that could affect product quality during transportation. We are responsible for the order until it is handed over to the delivery service chosen by the customer. Further issues related to loss, delivery times, or cargo damage are resolved directly with the delivery service.

Product replacement & return:

All goods purchased from us are covered by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection”. According to Article 9 of the Law, goods of proper quality (without defects) may be exchanged or returned to the store within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase.

To return a product, several conditions must be met:

– the product has not been used and has no signs of use (scratches, chips, scuffs), has not been altered, etc.;
– the complete set of the product is preserved;

You can exchange or return the product:

– at our office at: Kyiv, Bakynska St. 41-a, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00;
– customers living in other towns/cities can send the product to us using a freight carrier.

Warranty: Along with the product, you will receive a warranty certificate for up to 3 years for our product.
